HACCP Training for Meat, Poultry and Juice Processors

Developing and Implementing Your Company's HACCP Plan for meat, poultry, and juice processors will be hosted Oct. 3-5, in Olathe.

Information and registration for the 2.5-day International HACCP Alliance accredited workshop is online at http:/haccp.unl.edu. The workshop fee is $450 per person, and participants will be presented with a certificate with an International HACCP Alliance seal upon completion of the course.
